We are located in Crosby Texas on Farm to Market Rd 2100 or Crosby Huffman Rd. You will find our office in Gate way Plaza, a medical complex north of Highway 90 and south of the Newport Sub Division across from Crosby High School. 
From North - Kingwood/Huffman:
Head East on FM 1960E to Crosby Huffman Rd/FM 2100S. Head south on FM 2100S travel 7 miles and Family Vision Center of Crosby will be on the left just past The Crosby Fair Grounds at the sharp curve in the road.
From South - Baytown:
Head north on Decker Dr. toward W Defee Ave. Drive 1.3 miles then take the TX-330 Spur W ramp on the left. Merge onto TX-330 Spur N. Drive 4.5 miles then take the exit toward Crosby-Lynchburg Rd/Highlands. Merge onto I-10 Frontage Rd, turn right at S. Main St. Drive 4.4 miles then continue onto Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Family Vision Center of Crosby will be on the right just past CVS.
or
Take I-10 to Garth road. Take Garth road south to FM 1492 to FM 2100. Turn right and head North on Crosby-Lynchburg Rd./FM 2100. Family Vision Center of Crosbywill be on the right just past CVS.
From East - Galina Park/Deer Park:
Take I-10 East to Beltway 8 North. Turn right at first stoplight (Highway 90). Follow Highway 90 to Crosby-Lynchburg/FM 2100. Turn left onto FM 2100. Family Vision Center of Crosby will be on the right just past CVS.
From West
Follow I-10 to Beltway 8. Continue on beltway 8 North. Turn right at first stoplight (Highway 90). Follow Highway 90 to Crosby-Lynchburg/FM 2100. Turn left onto FM 2100. Family Vision Center of Crosby will be on the right just past CVS.
